Do I need a fishing license?

Your Florida saltwater fishing license is covered under the charter's vessel license, so you don't need to buy your own. Just bring yourself and your crew.

Is fishing good for kids and first-timers?

Yes. The inshore backcountry trip runs in calm, protected water and Captain Frank loves teaching newcomers — casting, knots, and landing their first fish. It's a great family day.

What should I bring?

Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), soft-soled non-marking shoes, a light jacket, snacks and drinks, and a cooler for your fillets. We provide all rods, reels, tackle, bait, and ice.

What do we do with the fish we catch?

Keep what's legal and in season — we clean, fillet, and bag your catch at the end of the trip so it's ready for the grill. We practice responsible catch-and-release on protected and trophy fish.

How many people can come?

Trips are private to your group. Capacity depends on the boat and trip type — confirm your group size when you book and we'll make sure it's a comfortable, safe day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. If conditions aren't safe to fish, we'll reschedule or refund per our cancellation policy, which we confirm when you book.

Do you get seasick easily on these trips?

The inshore and backcountry trips stay in protected, calm water and are easy on the stomach. For offshore trips, take a non-drowsy motion remedy beforehand if you're sensitive — ask us for tips.

How do I book and is a deposit required?

Call or text Captain Frank at 954-854-2225, or send the booking form on the contact page. Deposit and payment details are confirmed at booking.

Florida saltwater fishing rules and license details come from the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).
